In particular, representatives will spotlight and focus on the current version 2 of the browser-based solution signoSign/mobile. It was developed especially for the use on mobile devices of any manufacturer.

signoSign/mobile 2 is a server-based signature software, especially for use on mobile devices. This software allows signing PDF-documents via any tablet or smartphone, directly on the display of the mobile end device. The application also works without additional software installation with all established browsers, like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
To sign an electronic document, users simply open the browser of their mobile device and sign up for the web-application. They then choose the document to be signed via the signotec signature-server and sign with a pen. Afterwards the signature is going to be saved and can be retrieved at any time. The signotec-server acts as a Cloud archive, where client-specific documents can be uploaded, processed, saved and downloaded at any time.

Online document-managing, multi-device support
Important features have been added to the new version 2 of signoSign/mobile. The signotec-server now allows online-managing of documents in PDF format. Users are completely independent from their as access is via a web browser. The server is the basis for the new web-application and the existing iOS-solution at the same time. So iPad user can still use the proven signature-app with the new server functions. Additionally iOS-features, like email delivery of a signed document directly out of the app, can be used.
If users are operating the application from a Windows PC, they can also sign electronic PDF-documents with a signotec Signature-Pad.
The hosting provides optimal protection regarding the availability, trustworthiness, integrity and authenticity of the data. The host-system has been certified by TÜV-Süd with the eligible seal ISO 27001. The signotec signature-server supports all PDF-security settings referred to Adobe Language Specification 5, Vers. 1.6. The PDF-documents are going to be signed digitally and the biometric data of the signature is going to be saved encrypted within the document.
For Android devices, signotec provides a signoSign/mobile app that doesn’t require an online-connection to a server. As such, documents saved on the device can be signed offline, without an internet-connection and transferred at a later date.
