Ab sofort Online-Aktualisierung der Stammdaten durch ORGASOFT NT

Mit dem Warenwirtschaftssystem ORGASOFT NT aus dem Hause Signum (Darmstadt) können ab sofort Artikelstammdaten über das Internet vollautomatisch aktualisiert werden. Voraussetzung dafür ist, dass der betreffende Artikel vom Lieferanten in einer Online-Datenbank zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Diese Funktionalität wurde von den Signum-Spezialisten erstmals mit dem Verzeichnis lieferbarer Bücher (VLB), der Datenbank für Buchhandel und Bibliothekswesen, realisiert. Wird in ORGASOFT NT beispielsweise ein Buch über eine EAN-Nummer angesprochen, so erkennt das Warenwirtschaftssystem automatisch online den Artikel und importiert den dazugehörigen Datensatz im Hintergrund. Die Erstellung eigener Datenbanken oder das mühsame Einpflegen von Artikeldaten wird somit hinfällig. Die Arbeit an der Kasse bzw. während der Inventur wird dadurch in entscheidendem Maße professionalisiert und rationalisiert.
