Umsetzung der neuen EU-Norm EN 50518: Konzeption und Planung von Leitstellen und Sicherheitsleitzentralen

Ab dem Herbst 2010 wird die neue EU-Norm EN 50518 für Leitstellen verbindlich. Die hohen Anforderungen der Norm hinsichtlich Bau, Technik und Betrieb sorgen bei Betreibern von Leitstellen für starke Unsicherheiten: Welche Konsequenzen hat diese Norm für bestehende und neue Leitzentralen? Welche Haftungsansprüche gehen von dieser Norm im Schadensfall aus? Wird eine Leitstelle bei Nichtbeachtung automatisch zum "Mängelfall"?

Die Veranstaltung am 16. März 2010 in Frankfurt/Main wird diese und weitere Fragen klären und im Rahmen eines Workshopteils - an Hand imaginärer, durch die Teilnehmer bestimmten Leitstellenprojekte - die Veränderungen und den Handlungsbedarf deutlich machen. Unter Anleitung von Spezialisten in der Leitstellenkonzeption entwickeln die Teilnehmer ein Leitstellen-Anforderungsprofil nach der neuen Norm.
