The move to the newly built business quarter close to Munich was also made necessary by the company's significant growth.
With the relocation from Geisenhausener Str. 11a in Munich to Anna-Sigmund-Str. 1 in Neuried, Singhammer's postal address changes for customers and partners; all previous telephone numbers and online contacts remain the same. The change of location will also have no effect on Singhammer products - SaaS and on-premises.
Singhammer CEO Roger Friederich explains, "We developed and sold our ERP and app solutions in Munich Obersendling for many years. As we continue to progress as a company, we also wanted to make our working environment more modern. We look forward to continuing our success story in Neuried, just a few kilometers away."
Significant growth despite COVID 19 pandemic
Within the last two years, Singhammer has hired many new employees, bucking the pandemic-related trend toward resource savings and short-time work. Reasons for this included high demand and the cloud-based extension product suite DYCE for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which was launched in 2020. Due to the larger staff base, the office capacities last used were fully utilized.
New space concept flexibly adaptable to demand
Singhammer moves into a complete floor on the newly built Campus Neuried. The office is barrier-free and offers sufficient space for workstations, IT resources and recreation. An open concept with flexible room modules allows, for example, space for efficient collaboration as a team as well as areas for confidential discussions. This creates very good conditions for agile working and new work, which has long been established practice at Singhammer. Another plus: According to the client, the building meets high sustainability principles.
A terrace allows for breaks in the fresh air, and customers and employees can reach the conveniently located site by car, public transport—the Fürstenried West subway and bus stop is nearby—or bicycle. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Hybrid workplaces for efficient (customer) projects
The open-space concept in Singhammer's new office promotes communication among employees and can thus foster improved collaboration. An important component: hybrid workstations without fixed assignments, which allow flexible planning of collaboration on a daily basis. Whether on-site or off-site, sitting alone, in small or larger teams (together), employees can decide as needed and quickly adjust. The customers on whose behalf projects are implemented also benefit from this plus in efficiency.
