Hauptversammlung der SMA Solar Technology AG beschließt Dividendenausschüttung von 1,30 Euro je Aktie

Auf der heutigen Hauptversammlung 2012 in Kassel haben die Aktionäre der SMA Solar Technology AG (SMA/FWB: S92) Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 mit einer großen Mehrheit von über 99 Prozent Entlastung erteilt. Die übrigen Tagesordnungspunkte erhielten ebenfalls die mehrheitliche Zustimmung der Aktionärsversammlung. An der Hauptversammlung 2012 der SMA Solar Technology AG nahmen mehr als 450 Aktionäre teil. Die Stimmpräsenz lag bei 83,27 Prozent. Die Hauptversammlung folgte dem Vorschlag von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat und legte für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 die Ausschüttung einer Dividende von 1,30 Euro je dividendenberechtigter Stückaktie fest (2010: 3,00 Euro je Aktie).

"SMA zählt zu den dividendenstärksten Solartiteln im TecDAX. Gleichzeitig spiegelt die Dividendenzahlung die hervorragenden Ergebnisse wider, die SMA im Geschäftsjahr 2011 in einem schwierigen Marktumfeld erzielt hat", erklärt Pierre-Pascal Urbon, Vorstandssprecher und Vorstand Finanzen der SMA Solar Technology AG. Mit einem Umsatz von 1,7 Milliarden Euro und einem operativen Ergebnis (EBIT) von 240 Millionen Euro hatte SMA 2011 das zweitbeste Ergebnis in der Unternehmensgeschichte erwirtschaftet. Die Dividende wird ab dem 23. Mai 2012 durch die depotführenden Banken ausgezahlt.
