The new LEGIC PC/SC reader Multiplex from SMART Technologies is unique for the LEGIC technology, based on its standardized PC/SC interface.
Any application integrating smart card or RFID technology by using the chip unique ID according to PCSC 2.01 can be enabled with LEGIC technology with zero integration effort.
In order to provide the full functional range of the LEGIC technology a transparent channel is offered by the PC/SC reader driver.
In addition to LEGIC further 13,56 MHz RFID chips can be enabled by configuration settings.
The product is designed as a desktop device or as a pcb for integration in terminals.
