Gateway zur IoT-Integration in PROFIBUS- & HART Systeme bietet erweiterte Funktionalitäten

Das smartLink HW-DP Gateway von Softing Industrial ermöglicht den Zugriff auf PROFIBUS DP-Netze unabhängig von der Steuerung. Die Version 1.30 bietet erweiterte Funktionen für Datenübertragung und Konnektivität.

Das kompakte smartLink HW-DP kann nahtlos integriert werden, ohne den Betrieb bestehender Installationen zu stören. Es bietet Industrie 4.0-Konnektivität sowohl für neue als auch bestehende PROFIBUS DP-Netze und ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte und skalierbare Einbindung von Gerätedaten in Plant Asset Management Anwendungen.

Die aktuelle Version 1.30 stellt folgende zusätzliche Funktionen zur Verfügung:
  • Unterstützung von Endress+Hauser Netilion und FieldEdge SGC500-Gateway. Möglichkeit des parallelen Betriebs zu Endress+Hauser FieldCare.
  • Bereitstellung eines erweiterten HART-IP Servers für zusätzliche Informationen über die Remote I/O Ebene.
  • Bessere Darstellung des physikalischen Netzwerks in Emerson AMS Device Manager. 
Für Anwender in der Prozessindustrie, die ihre Kommunikationsinfrastruktur für moderne IoT-Anwendungsfälle aufrüsten möchten, bietet das smartLink HW-DP eine einfache und kostengünstige Lösung. Relevante Daten für Optimierungsprozesse stehen über offene, standardisierte Schnittstellen wie HART IP und FDT für übergeordnete Anwendungen zur Verfügung. Dies ermöglicht die Nutzung beliebiger HART IP-Clients wie zum Beispiel Emerson AMS Device Manager, um Feldgeräte über diese offenen Kommunikationsstandards zu parametrieren, zu überwachen und zu analysieren.
