HART Multiplexer Software von Softing Industrial unterstützt jetzt Siemens Steuerungen

Die Hart Multiplexer-Software smartLink SW-HT von Softing Industrial für den Zugriff auf Konfigurations- und Diagnosedaten, unterstützt jetzt auch ET200 Remote IOs von Siemens und die FDT DTM-Schnittstelle.

smartLink SW-HT ist eine Docker Container basierte Software-Anwendung. Sie ermöglicht einen einfachen und schnellen Zugriff auf HART-Geräte, die an Remote-I/Os angeschlossen sind, die über Ethernet erreicht werden können. Dazu wird keine weitere Hardware benötigt. Als einzige auf dem Markt erhältliche Lösung ermöglichte smartLink SW-HT bisher die Nutzung von Remote I/Os von Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric und R. Stahl. Die aktuelle Version 1.30 unterstützt jetzt auch ET200 Remote IOs von Siemens und die FDT DTM Schnittstelle.

Der Zugriff auf Konfigurations- und Diagnosedaten erfolgt über den AMS Device Manager von Emerson oder andere HART IP-fähige Plant Asset Management-Anwendungen. smartLink SW-HT stellt eine Ethernet-Verbindung zum Tunneln der HART-Befehle zu den Remote IOs bereit.

Auf der Feldseite ist smartLink SW-HT risikoarm und unkompliziert integrierbar. Dies ist sogar im laufenden Betrieb möglich und erfordert keinen Anlagenstillstand. Die Anwendung macht es Anwendern somit leicht, offene, standard-basierte und skalierbare Systemarchitekturen umzusetzen und Konnektivität in Edge-Lösungen zu integrieren, die von IT gemanagt werden.

Auf der Hannover Messe vom 17. bis 21.04.2023 wird Softing Industrial smartLink SW-HT in Halle 015, Stand F48 präsentieren.
