"IT-Notfallmanagement" war mit einem eigenen Forum eines der Hauptthemen auf der it-sa 2010 in Nürnberg.
Nur 30 % aller klein- und mittelständischen Unternehmen haben ein IT-Notfallhandbuch oder besitzen ein IT-Notfallmanagementsystem (Quelle: ECC, KMU Online-Umfrage zur IT-Sicherheit, 2009). Erschreckend, in Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass bereits das Risikomanagement ein solches fordert. Ein Versäumnis also, das zur persönlichen Haftung der Geschäftsleitung führen kann. Dokumentation und IT sollten stets in einem Atemzug genannt werden. Auch wenn sich dies vermeintlich widerspricht, wie so mancher Techniker erklärt. Wer sich einmal das Kapitel IT-Notfallmanagement im BSI-Grundschutz-Handbuch angeschaut hat, fängt meist gar nicht erst damit an: Erschlagen und resigniert wird der wichtige Todo-Eintrag "IT-Notfallhandbuch erstellen" dann erneut verschoben.
Es geht also nicht um das "Ob", sondern um das "Wie". Im Workshop gehen wir die ersten Schritte gemeinsam.
