Zu ihrem Arbeitsbereich gehört die Planung und Koordination von Marketing-Kooperationen, Sponsorships und weiteren Werbe-Aktivitäten in den Medien. Darüber hinaus arbeitet Schurr mit an den Aufgabengebieten SEO und Text. Des Weiteren verantwortet sie die Bereiche Intranet und Veranstaltungsorganisation.

In den Jahren zwischen 2008 und 2011 war Ramona Schurr bei der Uniserv GmbH im Bereich Marketing & Communication tätig.
