Solarmax Asset Deal est clôturé, les nouveaux investisseurs ont parachevé la reprise de la Sputnik Engineering AG (Solarmax) qui avait déposé le bilan en décembre dernier, les contrats avec l'office des faillites sont signés.

Début juin 2015 l'activité commerciale de la nouvelle Solarmax 2.0 sera reprise. En particulier les prestations de service, hotline et service de réparation inclus, ainsi que la production d'appareils neufs, serons disponibles. Nous informerons encore á temps et de façon plus détaillée avant l'officiel « go live » dans un communiqué de presse particulier.

Dès le salon InterSolar il y aura une innovation de produit concernant l'intégration d'installations photovoltaïques dans l'automation des maisons. Nous serions heureux de vous accueillir au salon InterSolar 2015 á Munich, hall B3, stand 535.
