Stäubli Robotics eliminates these obstacles with an enhanced customer support platform, MyStäubli Portal. In the past year, the company has focused on expanding the platform to ensure that customers can find everything they need to extend the lifespan of their robots, optimize their ROI, and make work easy and safe with Stäubli’s powerful robots – all from a single online access point.

The state-of-the-art design and sophisticated technology of Stäubli robots is well established. MyStäubli Portal, accessed via Stäubli’s website on any device, adds even more value, delivering an optimal customer experience and a service commitment that spans the equipment lifecycle. The platform currently serves a fast-growing community of about 8,500 registered users and is available in six languages.

  • Equipment Center: Here customers can register their robots, manage their fleet, access equipment warranties and details, track service and maintenance, view and download manuals and other resources, and share documents. They can also report incidents, which are automatically stored in a service notebook, providing the maintenance history at a glance.
New additions to the Equipment Center include ticketing management, a new channel for 24/7 incident reporting that streamlines communications, providing real-time status updates and automating the ticketing process to expedite resolutions.
  • Spare Parts Catalog: Genuine Stäubli parts are designed according to strict specifications to guarantee safety and prolong the robot lifecycle. A complete online catalog allows users to quickly find parts for their registered equipment, submit requests, and get quotes.
  • Technical Support Library: This robust online resource puts all the latest technical information on the customer’s robots at their fingertips with a powerful search engine for locating documentation, software, CAD files, and more.
  • Software Library: Customers can easily access and download all Stäubli software and applications for their robot fleet, including the latest updates.
  • CAD Library: CAD files for the customer’s equipment and robotics projects can be found and downloaded here.
  • Robotics Academy: Having more skilled robot users enables customers to derive more value from their robots, so Stäubli places a priority on education and training. On MyStäubli Portal, decision-makers and trainees can browse the course catalog and book training courses on a variety of topics. To steer users in the right direction, courses are categorized according to user profiles: operator, programmer, maintenance, safety engineer, and cell designer (for system integrators).
Training is available in online modules on MyStäubli Portal and in person at Stäubli Robotics Academy training centers worldwide.
