Das Zentralrührwerk Z-MIX ist konzipiert für den Einsatz in Biogasanlagen und in verschiedenen industriellen Anwendungsbereichen. Der Z-MIX von Suma ermöglicht einen effektiven und effizienten Rührprozess verschiedenster Substrate.

Das Vertikalrührwerk wird anhand von Behältergeometrie, Substrateigenschaft und zahlreichen weiteren Faktoren mittels softwaregestützter Strömungssimulationen und Belastbarkeitsberechnungen perfekt auf die Kundenanforderungen ausgelegt. Es stehen Motorleistungen von 3,0 – 45,0 kW zur Auswahl. Niedrige Drehzahlen zwischen 10 und 60 U/min sowie ein bis vier wechselseitig angebrachte Paddel durchmischen problemlos hochviskose Flüssigkeiten. Die strömungsoptimierten Paddel sind in Größen zwischen 1,0 und 6,0 m erhältlich.
