Kleinster ICP®-Triax-Beschleunigungssensor mit Masseisolierung bis 180 °C einsetzbar

Der triaxiale Beschleunigungssensor Modell HTJ356B01 von PCB Piezotronics kann bei Temperaturen von bis zu 180 °C eingesetzt werden. Neu ist die Ausführung mit Masseisolierung, die Erdschleifen und somit Rauschen und Störeinflüsse die über elektrische Potentialunterschiede zwischen Prüfling und Messequipment verhindert. Mit seinem Gewicht von nur 1 Gramm und seiner Kantenlänge von 6,3 mm lässt sich dieser Sensor auch auf sehr kleinen und leichten Prüflingen einsetzen. Der Triax besitzt ein hermetisch dichtes Titangehäuse, sein Messbereich beträgt 1.000 g im Frequenzbereich bis 8 kHz. Die Befestigung erfolgt durch Klebemontage.

Typische Anwendungen sind Schwingungsuntersuchungen im Rahmen der Umweltsimulation oder Modaluntersuchungen bei der Produktentwicklung. Mit dem erweiterten Temperaturbereich eignet der miniaturisierte ICP®-Sensor für NVH-Untersuchungen in der Klimakammer und für Messungen an Verbrennungsmotor oder Abgasanlage.
