Syzygy erzielte im Geschäftsjahr 2005 einen Umsatz von EUR 16,7 Mio.
gegenüber EUR 15,7 Mio. im Vorjahreszeitraum. Dies entspricht einem Wachstum von 7%. Das operative Ergebnis (EBIT) von TEUR 1.197 entspricht einer EBIT-Marge von 7,2%. Der Gewinn nach Steuern beträgt TEUR 2.966 (Vorjahr TEUR 2.855), dies entspricht einem Gewinn von EUR 0,25 je Aktie, avisiert waren EUR 0,24 je Aktie.
Die operative Cashflow-Entwicklung betrug EUR 2,6 Mio. Die liquiden Mittel reduzierten sich aufgrund der Dividendenausschüttung und des Aktienrückkaufprogramms auf EUR 46,4 Mio. Dies entspricht EUR 3,97 je Aktie. Das Finanzergebnis für das Jahr 2005 beträgt EUR 3,3 Mio., so dass eine Rendite von rund 6,9% auf die durchschnittlich vorhandenen Liquiditätsreserven erzielt wurde.
