Der belgische Spezialist für Power Management ICs (PMICs) e-peas präsentiert seine neueste Generation an Devices für effizientes Energy Harvesting. Letzteres sorgt dafür, dass Sie Ihre Batterie-gestützten M2M- oder IoT-Anwendungen energieautark machen. Mit den brandneuen AEM10330 und AEM30330 können Sie ab sofort auf noch leistungsstärkere Module zurückgreifen. Die verbaute buck-boost-Architektur ermöglicht Ihnen deutlich erweiterte Eingangsspannungen von 100mV bis zu 4.5V, um sowohl Niedrig- als auch Hochleistungsenergiequellen einbinden zu können. Darüber hinaus sorgen AEM10330 und AEM30330 dafür, dass die Energie stets effizient zwischen Quelle und Speicherelement transferiert wird.

Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Highlights der e-peas PMICs

Ganz besonders zu betonen ist bei den neuen PMICs AEM10330 und AEM30330 die im Wettbewerbsvergleich niedrigste Kaltstart-Spannung (275 mV Eingangsspannung und 3 μW Eingangsleistung) und ihre sehr einfache Integration. Der AEM10330 ist die perfekte Lösung für Anwendungen mit Solar-Energiequellen, der AEM30330 eignet sich hervorragend für Applikationen mit RF- bzw. Vibrations-Quellen. Damit sind Projekte in Industrie oder Einzelhandel (smarte Sensoren) ideale Anwendungsgebiete. Außerdem sind die neuen e-peas Devices bestens für den Automotive-Bereich, Smart Building und Industrie geeignet.
