Neben den neuen Power Management ICs 10330 und 30330 von e-peas bringt der belgische PMIC-Spezialist gleich einen weiteren High-End-Chip auf den Markt. Mit dem extrem Energie-effizientem AEM10900 Solar PMIC von e-peas (eines der 100 spannendsten Start-Ups des Jahres 2021) erhalten Sie ein hervorragendes Bauteil zur Optimierung der Batterielebensdauer in unterschiedlichsten Wireless Anwendungen (Wearables, Sensorik, Medizintechnik). Der AEM10900 kann mit Eingangsspannungen von 115 mV bis zu 1.5 V umgehen, wobei seine herausragende Kaltstart-Schaltung auch einen Start bei 250 mV ermöglicht (bei Eingangsleistung - 5 μW, die Ausgangsspannung liegt zwischen 2.8 V to 4.8 V).
