CARRY Software nutzt Arealcontrol-Telematik für ihre Branchensoftware CAR&GO

Eine Vielzahl von Pannen- und Abschleppdiensten, die für Auftraggeber wie ADAC, Assistance Partner, Allianz, AXA usw. tätig sind, setzen auf die Branchensoftware CAR&Go. Telematik mit GPS-Positionsbestimmung ist eine konsequente Erweiterung.

Als Lösung ist die mit dem Telematik Award prämierte App-Serie „ArealPilot360°“ von AREALCONTROL integriert worden. Die Lösung besteht aus ArealPilot Fleetwork, Navigation und Order für Android Smartphones und Tablets.

Der gesamte Prozessablauf eines Pannenauftrags wird mobil abgebildet. Der moderne Abschleppbetrieb erhält über Schnittstellen seiner Assistance bzw. Auftraggeber die Aufträge in seine zentrale Disposition. Von dort werden sie direkt zum Mobilgerät im Fahrzeug in „ArealPilot Order“ gesendet. Auftragsdetails, Auftragsstatus und eine komfortable Service-Näherungsmeldung für Pannen-Kunden erfolgen über die App.

Durch die kontinuierliche GPS-Standortbestimmung und Statusmeldungen werden Fahrstrecken und Dauer der Einsätze dokumentiert. Der Vorteil für alle Beteiligten ist eine klare und transparente Informationsbasis, z.B. der Nachweis zur Einhaltung von Service-Level Agreements und Aufwand.

Disposition, Abrechnung und Fakturierung wird erleichtert und der gesamte Prozess optimiert.
