Die Trusted Computing-Technologie wird um eine vertrauenswürdige, faire und offene Sicherheitsplattform erweitert, die alle Anwender herstellerunabhängig für ihre Ziele einsetzen können. Dies bedeutet für die deutsche IT-Industrie mehr Unabhängigkeit von Monopolisten und ermöglicht eine bessere internationale Positionierung.
