"The RSA Conference 2008 will be a strong appearance for our label `IT-Security Made in Germany´: We are there with twice as much partners than in 2007", Dr. Günther Welsch, CEO of TeleTrusT, says. Welsch regards the strong interest of the association‘s members as a sign of the growing international influence of German IT-Security experts.
Thus a new agenda item will be included into the conference program of RSA this year: moderated by the president of the BSI the panel "Trustworthy IT-Infrastructures within Germany and beyond" focuses on the productivity of the German IT-Security branch. Simon Ford (NCP engineering), Dr. Kai Martius (secunet Security Networks), Prof. Norbert Pohlmann (Institute for Internet Security, FH Gelsenkirchen) und Marco Smeja (cv cryptovision) will report on the successful partnership between politics and industry in designing trustworthy IT applications and security infrastructures.
