Das Thema Lebensmittelbetrug oder auch „Food Fraud“ hat in den letzten Jahren verstärkt Aufmerksamkeit seitens Behörden und Verbraucherorganisationen erregt. Das eigens gegen Lebensmittelverfälschung und -betrug gegründete Tentamus Center for Food Fraud (TCF2) lädt Sie am 12. Juni 2018 zu einem Seminar nach Berlin ein.

Im Seminar möchten wir Ihnen aktuelles Wissen an die Hand geben, das Sie dabei unterstützt, sich vor Lebensmittelbetrug zu schützen.

Dazu beleuchten wir das Thema aus verschiedenen Perspektiven:
  • Anforderungen der Standardgeber (z.B. IFS, etc.)
  • Umsetzung der Anforderungen in der Praxis
  • Analytische Möglichkeiten zum Nachweis von Food Fraud
  • Erfahrungsberichte aus der Branche
Eine abschließende Führung durch unser Partnerlabor, der bilacon GmbH, rundet das Programm ab.
