Thax Software ist Entwickler innovativer Lösungen für das Büro-, Diktat-, Akten- und Dokumentenmanagement, unter anderem mit der Integration von Radiofrequenzidentifikation (RFID), und hat 2007 den Zuschlag in der europaweiten Ausschreibung für ein digitales Diktiersystem für die Justiz von Nordrhein-Westfalen erhalten. Auch dieses „Findentity“ genannte System wird jetzt auf der CeBIT gezeigt.
Das Besondere daran: Jede Akte, zu der diktiert wird, kann mit einem RFID-Chip, einem sogenannten Transponder, gekennzeichnet werden. Das System erkennt dadurch automatisch die Akte und ordnet das Diktat zu. Die Kennzeichnung der Akten mit Transpondern ermöglicht aber auch eine Standortanzeige und viele weitere Workflow-Optimierungen.
Die Lösungen sind in dieser Woche noch bis zum 9. März auf der CeBIT in Hannover auf dem Stand von Thax Software in Halle 7, Stand C20/F1 (Auto ID / RFID Solutions Park) zu sehen. Weitere Informationen unter www.thax.de.
