"Die Studie belegt eindeutig, dass die Zeitarbeit eben keine Sackgasse ist, wie häufig und gern behauptet wird, sondern ein adäquates Instrument, um gerade auch Langzeitarbeitslosen und geringer Qualifizierten wieder eine echte Chance auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu geben", erläutert Sven Konzack. Er verweist darauf, dass fast ein Fünftel der Zeitarbeiter (22,6 Prozent) nicht einmal zwei Jahre benötigt, um den Wechsel in eine reguläre Beschäftigung zu schaffen, sondern lediglich sechs Monate. "Nach einem Jahr liegt die Quote sogar bei 34 Prozent", so der Zeitarbeitsexperte unter Verweis auf die weiteren Ergebnisse der Studie.
