Mit dem Release der neuesten Version 5.2 bringt der Software-Hersteller TOPdesk sein völlig neues Modul auf den Markt: den Formular-Designer. Mit diesem Modul werden keine wichtigen Informationen mehr verloren gehen, da mit den selbst konfigurierbaren Formularen alle wichtigen Informationen abgefragt werden.

Darüber hinaus gibt es viele neue Funktionalitäten, die das Arbeiten im Servicedesk oder IT-Support noch effizienter gestalten werden. Unter anderem können in der Version TOPdesk 5.2:

- Changes noch einfacher bearbeitet,
- Dateien per Drag & Drop hochgeladen und
- ein besserer Datenschutz geboten werden.

Der Formular-Designer
Ab TOPdesk 5.2 ist ein neues Modul für die Enterprise-Edition verfügbar: der Formular-Designer.
Mit diesem Modul werden von nun an alle Antragsformulare für Serviceanfragen einfach selbst erstellt und können den zu unterstützenden Mitarbeitern oder Kunden in einem zentralen Webportal, dem SelfServiceDesk, zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Somit wird der Prozess der Antragserstellung innerhalb einer Organisation direkt in die richtigen Wege geleitet. Egal ob Anträge für einen neuen Mitarbeiter, Firmenhandy oder Netzwerkzugang - unvollständige Informationen, Papierkram und zeitraubende Fragen gehören somit ab jetzt der Vergangenheit an!
