TOPdesk hat die neueste Version seiner Servicemanagement-Software released: TOPdesk 5.4! In dieser Version wurde das Modul Vertragsmanagement und SLM erneuert, das TOPdesk Mobile-Interface bietet mehr Möglichkeiten und viele hilfreiche Features wurden für den Bereich HR-Servicemanagement hinzugefügt.

Das erneuerte Vertragsmanagement und SLM
Die neue Prioritäten-Matrix im verbesserten Vertragsmanagement und SLM-Modul ermöglicht es Ihnen die Service-Levels in den SLAs bis ins kleinste Detail zu bestimmen. Dadurch können Sie noch konkreter in den Vereinbarungen in Ihrem Produkt-und Service-Katalog sein. Beispielsweise können Sie die Priorität und die Auswirkungen einer Fehlfunktion verwenden, um die Dauer eines Anrufs zu bestimmen. Im Incidentmanagment können bestehende SLAs problemlos an einTicket verknüpft werden.

Neue Möglichkeiten für das TOPdesk Mobile-Interface und HR-Servicemanagement
Das TOPdesk Mobile-Interface für Ihr Smartphone oder Tablet wurde ebenfalls erweitert. Bearbeiter können nun direkt per Smartphone neue Tickets erstellen. Zudem können sie auch problemlos ihre Aufgaben nach Datum, Niederlassung oder Betreibergruppe sortieren.
Außerdem bietet TOPdesk 5.4 erweiterte Funktionalitäten für Personalabteilungen, wie z. B. ein verbessertes Berechtigungssystem oder zusätzliche Felder für Mitarbeiterdaten.
