AESC wählt neue Führung für deutschsprachigen Raum

Ulrich F. Ackermann, Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter von TRANSEARCH International Deutschland GmbH, legt zum Jahresende sein Amt als Vorsitzender des Vorstandes des Branchenverbandes Association of Executive Search Consultants in Deutschland (AESC) nach über fünf erfolgreichen Jahren der Tätigkeit nieder. Bei den kürzlich erfolgten Neuwahlen wurde Frau Dr. Christine Stimpel, Deutschland-Geschäftsführerin von Heidrick & Struggles, zur Nachfolgerin zum 1. Januar 2012 ernannt.

Dem Vorstand des AESC gehören daneben an: Thomas Becker (Russell Reynolds Associates), Richard Fudickar (Boyden International), Dr. Björn Johansson (Björn Johansson Associates), Franco Parodi (Parodi & Associates), Stefan Steger (Korn/Ferry International) und Dr. Dieter Unterharnscheidt (Spencer Stuart).

Der AESC dankt Herrn Ackermann und dem ebenfalls ausscheidenden Vorstands-Mitglied Hubertus Graf Douglas (Korn/Ferry International) für die geleistete Arbeit und ihr außerordentliches Engagement für die Belange der Executive Search Industrie in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Der AESC ist seit 2006 in diesen drei Ländern mit einer eigenen Organisation vertreten und zählt 48 der führenden Executive Search Firmen dieses Raumes als Mitglieder, die 88 Büros unterhalten und ca. 550 Millionen Euro Umsatz erwirtschaften.
