Im November 2005 lud Trend Micro seine Partner in drei Städten erstmals zur Teilnahme an den neuartigen Verkaufs- und Präsentationstrainings ein. Ziel der Workshops war es, mit Hilfe neuester Präsentationstechniken individuell konzipierte Inhalte als wichtige Vertriebsbasis zu vermitteln. Schwerpunkt der Veranstaltungen lag auf einem maßgeschneiderten Konzept mit der praktischen Umsetzung wertvoller Tipps von Vertriebs- und Trainingsexperten. Im Gegensatz zu standardisierten Präsentationstrainings setzte Trend Micro in Zusammenarbeit mit der Münchner Agentur shortways communications auf eine individuelle Bedürfnisanalyse der Händler sowie die aktive Simulation des Verkaufsgeschehens. Auch neue Erkenntnisse zum Thema Körpersprache oder Brisantes, wie der professionelle Umgang mit Einwänden, waren Bestandteil der eintägigen Workshops.
"Sehr zufrieden, rundum gelungen" war nur eine von vielen Teilnehmerstimmen, die als Feedback am Ende bei den Organisatoren ankam. "Für die tägliche Praxis ist es enorm wichtig, sich immer mal wieder intensiv mit den Grundlagen der Präsentations- und Gesprächstechniken zu beschäftigen. Neben der Auffrischung der Basics habe ich aber auch viele interessante neue Details mitnehmen können. Besonders überzeugt hat mich, dass Trend Micro keine Veranstaltung von der Stange durchgeführt hat, sondern individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer eingegangen ist.
