True Sale International GmbH

Die True Sale International GmbH (TSI) wurde im Mai 2004 in Frankfurt am Main im Rahmen der True Sale Initiative von dreizehn Banken gegründet. Ziel der TSI ist es, den hohen Standard Verbriefung "Made in Germany“ voranzubringen und den deutschen Verbriefungsmarkt zu fördern. Über die TSI Verbriefungsplattform wurden bislang über 60 Transaktionen mit einem dreistelligen Millardenvolumen (Risikotransfer) abgewickelt (Stand: November 2010); weitere Transaktionen sind in Vorbereitung. Viele True Sale-Transaktionen nutzen das Label „CERTIFIED BY TSI – DEUTSCHER VERBRIEFUNGSSTANDARD“, mit dem für Investoren ein hohes Maß an Transparenz und Qualität erreicht wird.
