Delegates got the chance to experience first-hand TSC’s two new ML and MB series industrial printers, as well as its new TDM high performance, robust mobile printers for printing in the field. The ML and MB series are notable for being competitively priced and more compact than other comparable industrial printers. Partners were impressed that, with the added portfolio of Printronix Auto ID printers, they were equipped with a portfolio of devices that could meet almost all industry printing needs, including barcode and RFID applications.
The partners learned that, in addition to the new RFID version of Printronix Auto ID’s T4000 printer launched last month, the recent print engines PEX series and the latest colour printers CPX4 series allow TSC to penetrate even more market segments.
Senior managers from Taiwan, including Sam Wang, President of TSC Auto ID, flew in especially for the event. Amine Soubai, EMEA Managing Director, thanked the partners for the company’s success and its strong growth over the past 10 years. Victoria Grobushkina, Sales Director EMEA, reiterated the importance of the partnerships and presented the benefits of the new TSC Partner program.
An awards ceremony saw some partners praised for their achievements. Spanish partner Multisystems Bars Control (MBC), took the highest growth award. Its CEO Assumpta Ballbè, said: “This award is the result of a strong partnership with TSC that began almost 10 years ago, and above all represents real team work. TSC is a constantly evolving company that we enjoy working with. Indeed, the availability and quick response of its sales and technical team, product quality and the constant renewal of its range are key components to differentiate us in the market. I would like to especially thank TSC for these years of partnership and for this nice award.”
The conference programme included videos of customer applications as well as workshops and open discussions. Delegates were also treated to a friendly competition culminating in traditional flamencoevening by the sea.
