Internationaler Investor beauftragt TÜV SÜD Advimo für eine 46.000m² Single Tenant Liegenschaft in Berlin-Friedrichshain

Ein internationaler Immobilieninvestor hat TÜV SÜD Advimo mit umfassenden Leistungen für eine Liegenschaft am Standort Media Spree im Berliner Stadtteil Friedrichshain beauftragt. Auf 24 Stockwerken umfasst die Liegenschaft eine Bürofläche von 46.000 m2, 120 Pkw-Stellplätze sowie 250 Fahrrad-Stellplätze. Sie wurde Anfang 2022 fertiggestellt. Alleiniger Nutzer ist ein international agierender Online-Modehändler. Im Auftrag des Investors begleitete TÜV SÜD Advimo die Bauabnahme und die Implementierung und übernahm das Gewährleistungsmanagement sowie die Schlussbegehung nach Ablauf der Gewährleistung. In der Betriebsphase sind die Experten für das kaufmännische und technische Property Management verantwortlich. Die Liegenschaft wird über den Standort Berlin von TÜV SÜD Advimo betreut. „Mit unserem vielfältigen Leistungsspektrum stehen wir für Immobilienkompetenz aus einer Hand“, sagt Johann Ruopp von TÜV SÜD Advimo, der als Gebietsleiter Nord (Bereich Asset & Property Management) für den Immobilieninvestor zuständig ist. „Das bestätigt auch die regelmäßige Beauftragung durch unsere langjährigen Kunden, über die wir uns sehr freuen.“
