Der langjährige CFO der TÜV SÜD AG, Prof. Dr. Matthias J. Rapp, wird das Unternehmen zum 30. September 2024 auf eigenen Wunsch verlassen, um sich neuen Herausforderungen außerhalb des Unternehmens zuzuwenden.

Der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der TÜV SÜD AG, Wolfgang Dehen, dankt Prof. Rapp ausdrücklich für seine Tätigkeit in den vergangenen 11 Jahren: „Die Entscheidung von Matthias Rapp respektieren wir, auch wenn wir sein Ausscheiden bedauern. Bereits jetzt danke ich Matthias Rapp für sein langjähriges Engagement für das Unternehmen als CFO der TÜV SÜD AG. Er hat den umfassenden Wachstums- und Internationalisierungsprozess unseres Unternehmens klug und mit großer Umsicht eng begleitet und damit maßgeblich zum geschäftlichen Erfolg von TÜV SÜD beigetragen.“

Der gesamte Vorstand der TÜV SÜD AG und der Aufsichtsrat danken Prof. Rapp bereits jetzt für seine Professionalität, Kollegialität und Loyalität und wünschen ihm alles Gute für seine Zukunft.

Bis zum Ausscheiden von Prof. Rapp wird der Vorstand seinen Kurs gemeinsam und mit unverminderter Geschwindigkeit fortsetzen, um die Position von TÜV SÜD unter den global führenden TIC-Unternehmen zu festigen und weiter auszubauen.
