Quantum beauftragt TÜV SÜD Advimo für Heinrich Campus

Im Auftrag der Quantum Immobilien KVG übernimmt die TÜV SÜD Advimo GmbH das kaufmännische und technische Property Management sowie das Gewährleistungsmanagement für den Heinrich Campus in Düsseldorf. Der Büroneubau hat mehr als 36.000 m2 Mietfläche, 600 Tiefgaragenstellplätze und mehr als 500 Fahrradstellplätze. „Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir Quantum von unseren Leistungen überzeugen konnten und beim Betrieb des Heinrich Campus unterstützen dürfen“, sagt Johann Ruopp, Gebietsleiter Nord von TÜV SÜD Advimo. Das neue Mandat wird über den Standort Düsseldorf der TÜV SÜD Advimo GmbH betreut.
