- Solarenergie-Unternehmen erfüllt ab 30. September 2008 internationale Transparenz- und Berichtsstandards

Der Wertpapierprospekt für Zwecke der Zulassung der Aktien der systaic AG zum regulierten Markt (Prime Standard) der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse wurde von der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) heute gebilligt. Damit sind die Voraussetzungen geschaffen, um den Segmentwechsel zu vollziehen. Der Handel in Aktien der systaic AG am regulierten Markt (Prime Standard) der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse wird am 30. September 2008 aufgenommen. Mit dem Wechsel in den regulierten Markt unterliegt das Solarenergie-Unternehmen nun erweiterten Transparenz- und Berichtspflichten nach internationalem Standard. Die Aktien der systaic AG waren seit dem 21. März 2007 im Open Market der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse, seit dem 12. Juli 2007 im Segment Entry Standard notiert.
Bei den SYSTAIC Aktien handelt es sich um Inhaber-Stammaktien (WKN: A0JKYP, ISIN DE000A0JKYP6) mit einem rechnerischen Nennwert von je 1,00 Euro. Das aktuelle Grundkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 8.135.959,-, eingeteilt in 8.135.959 Aktien.
