Im Brandfall zählt jede Sekunde und alle Abläufe müssen reibungslos funktionieren. Aufzüge müssen ins Evakuierungsgeschoss fahren, Löschwasserrückhalteeinrichtungen aktiviert werden und die Entrauchung starten. Diese Abläufe werden durch die Brandmeldezentrale gesteuert.

Während der Online Schulung „Wirk-Prinzip-Prüfung - Die Brandfallmatrix“, der Unternehmensberatung Wenzel, werden sicherheitstechnische Anlagen gewerkeübergreifend betrachtet.

Die Wirk-Prinzip-Prüfung ist eine Prüfung des bestimmungsgemäßen Zusammenwirkens von Anlagen, verankert im Bauordnungsrecht. In dieser Schulung werden Funktionen und Wechselwirkungen der verschiedenen Systeme genauer betrachtet, damit die Teilnehmer diese bei der bei der Planung berücksichtigen können.
