Forrester evaluated 15 international software vendors. Valuemation achieved the highest possible score in ten of the evaluation criteria. This includes the criterion of Enterprise Service Modules. USU customers can use modules to quickly digitize enterprise-wide service processes outside of IT. It also received the highest possible score in the criterion of Low-/no-code Platform or PaaS, which is used to implement any processes and integrate them in a variety of third-party systems.
Highest possible scores were also given in the deployment and administration, solution revenue, and innovation roadmap criteria.
