Zum Vorwurf von Flexstrom

In einer dpa-Meldung, die heute in mehreren Zeitungen abgedruckt wurde, erhebt der Anbieter Flexstrom gegenüber dem Netzbetreiber Vattenfall den Vorwurf, eine 20fach überhöhte Forderung gestellt zu haben. Die Forderung hätte sich nach Überprüfung von einem siebenstelligen Betrag auf 48.500 Euro reduziert. Dazu nimmt Vattenfall wie folgt Stellung: Wir weisen die Behauptung von Flexstrom hinsichtlich 20fach überhöhter Forderungen entschieden zurück. Richtig ist, dass Flexstrom gegenüber der Vattenfall Europe Distribution Berlin zum Stichtag 31.12.2011 mit einem siebenstelligen Betrag im Rückstand war. Diese Forderung wurde im Januar schriftlich angemahnt und zwischenzeitlich durch Flexstrom bis auf eine Summe von 24.000 Euro beglichen. Gleichzeitig wurde mit Flexstrom Vorauskasse vereinbart. Wir fordern Flexstrom hiermit auf, solche Unterstellungen künftig zu unterlassen.
