Fachleute werden gebeten, ihre Beitragsvorschläge bis zum 18. Februar 2010 unter www.vdi.de/ventilatoren einzureichen. Veranstaltet wird die Tagung vom VDI Wissensforum in Ko-operation mit der VDI-Gesellschaft Energie und Umwelt und der Forschungsvereinigung für Luft- und Trocknungstechnik e.V.. Wissenschaftlicher Tagungsleiter ist Professor Dr.-Ing. Günter Kosyna von der Technischen Universität Braunschweig. Die Veranstalter erwarten weit über 150 Teilnehmer aus Industrie und Forschung.
Vortragsvorschläge können grundlagen- oder praxisorientiert sein. Zudem sollen sie einem der drei Themenfelder zuzuordnen sein: F&E, Konstruktion, Innovation; Planung, Betrieb, Instandhaltung; Umweltschutz, Normen, Richtlinien, Sicherheit. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt 2010 auf dem Themen Energieeffizienz und Kosteneinsparpotentiale.
