Process control relies on monitoring the flow rate in the spray painting systems. Logged machine data enable predictive maintenance. A camera system installed in the booth makes it possible for the operator to analyse the spray-jet geometry. In future, the system will be combined with an automatic detection feature and enable self-testing.
RFID tags ensure quick paint change to simplify and speed up production even more.
All coating lines can be extended to include the tried and tested Venjakob pre-treatment, cleaning, drying and handling solutions, either right from the start or as a retrofit option, thanks to the modular design of the equipment.
