Oberflächentechnik und Venjakob gehören einfach zusammen.

Stetig steigende Anforderungen, erhöhte Produktvielfalt und geringere Stückzahlen verändern die Produktionsprozesse und machen vollautomatische Beschichtungsanlagen für kleinere Bertriebe interessant und lukrativ. Auf der diesjährigen Holz-Handwerk demonstriert Venjakob mit Live-Lackiervorführungen das Einstiegsmodell VEN SPRAY SMART.

Ebenso macht das Unternehmen mit VEN CONTROL RFID neugierig auf die Möglichkeiten, die der Einsatz im Produktionsprozess bietet. So lassen sich z.B. die gesamten Prozessparameter über RFID verwalten. Der Farbwechsel wird automatisch angesteuert, die Trocknertemperatur und der Vorschub regeln sich von selbst, Rezepte werden automatisch abgerufen und das Werkstück lässt sich über die gesamte Prozesskette verfolgen.
