After a very successful introduction period, Vögtlin instruments has the pleasure to fully release the d·flux gas mass flow controller for higher flows.
Gas flows over 200 ln/min can often only be properly controlled with compromises. This is no longer an issue with the full release of the Vögtlin d·flux series. Due to the fundamental delta-P principle, the extensive choice in materials, advanced electronics and a big direct driven control valve, you can now set and control gas flows without compromise.
There are 5 quality sensors to choose from: from economical to high-accuracy gold plated sensors for hydrogen applications. The wetted body parts can be high-end all stainless steel or economical and light aluminium. The elastomers can be made from FKM, EPDM (FDA) or FFKM for corrosive gases.
This diversity in materials allows for a greater flexibility and an economical choice for every thinkable gas flow application.
This multiparameter flow meter or controller also provides the pressure and temperature of your gas. The flow rates can be up to 2900 ln/min (174 m3n/hr) for H2 or 1400 ln/min (84 m3n/hr) for air - ranges gas dependent. The d·flux can be used for pressures up to 14 bara and temperatures from -20 up to +60°C.
The firmware is smart and flexible. Enjoy easy and smooth access to configuration settings with the updated Bluetooth® app that runs on any Android phone. Update and configure in-situ with no need for cables or disassembly. Saves time and money.
Extensive diagnostics, clever warnings and alarms, up to 15 programmed gases and different profiles make the implementation effortless and productive. All software and firmware are developed in and supported from Switzerland.
The electronics offer a new level of reliability. Protected in an IP54 housing and equipped with high-quality military-grade components. Just like the sensors: long-term stability, no drift, Swiss design & engineering and built in Germany – quality that you can trust!
Every 10 milliseconds, the sensors are read 10 times and the viscosity and density are calculated in real-time using the NIST REFPROP database. These values, along with the signal from the Swiss delta-P sensor over a precision-engineered laminar flow element, ensure high accuracy across a wide dynamic range (up to 1:1000).
Say hello to reliable and stable gas flow control. If you use it, you will love it. Amplify and stabilize your production. Try the d·flux.
