4. IHK-Azubi-Speed-Dating in Münster

Am 12. Juni findet in der Halle Münsterland bereits die vierte Auflage des IHK-Azubi-Speed-Datings statt.

Insgesamt sind Vertreter von mehr als 130 Unternehmen vor Ort, um sich dem interessierten Nachwuchs vorzustellen.

Der Hersteller von Kleb- und Dichtstoffen Weicon aus Münster ist zum ersten Mal mit von der Partie.

Die Jugendlichen erhalten beim Speed-Dating zwischen 9 und 15 Uhr die Möglichkeit, sich bei vielen "Unternehmen der Wahl" persönlich vorzustellen und den Ausbilder davon zu überzeugen, dass er oder sie genau zu der ausgeschriebenen Lehrstelle passt.

In zehn Minuten zur Lehrstelle

Das Konzept ist einfach: Im 10-Minutentakt stellen sich die Jugendlichen bei den anwesenden Betrieben vor, zeigen ihre Bewerbungsunterlagen und versuchen, ihren Gesprächspartner für sich zu gewinnen. Dann wird gewechselt - für das nächste Date mit dem nächsten Unternehmen.

Mehr als nur ein Date

Neben dem persönlichen Kennenlernen der potenziellen Arbeitgeber bietet das Speed-Dating noch weitere Extras. Die Teilnehmer erhalten Hilfe bei der Berufsorientierung, praktische Bewerbungstipps und können ihre Bewerbungsmappe kostenlos prüfen lassen.

Das IHK-Azubi-Speed-Dating am 12. Juni in der Halle Münsterland bietet "mehr als nur ein Date".
