This enables sites with high energy consumption to be addressed specifically. The Weidmüller system provides multiple analyses that can significantly reduce consumption: the Weidmüller algorithm can predict peak loads thanks to the analysis of historical data, and can show optimisation potential by means of Energy-Peak-Load Analytics. With its Out-of-Time-Detect function, the Weidmüller algorithm can also detect machines or machine parts that were not switched off at the weekend or in the evening, for example. And the Weidmüller algorithm also uses energy data to identify machines that are running outside of the specified standard operation as a result of wear or an imminent defect.
