"The company serves as a role model for other small and mediumsized enterprises. TWG is a success story demonstrating that a good qualitiy management leads to success" Matthias Machning added.
All in all, TWG has successfully mastered three qualifying rounds. The application consisting of a questionnaire based on the international EFQM model was followed by an elaboration of the application documents and an audit by the jury of experts. "The State Award automatically leads to intense involvement with the necessities of quality management and corporate efficiency. We have already gained a lot of new ideas for our company" says Ulrich Halbey.
