Der Booster TE ist ein neutrales Entrostungsmedium, mit dem Oxidschichten von Metalloberflächen entfernt werden können. Er wird:
  • Bevorzugt zur Entzunderung nach dem thermischen Entgraten
  • In Spritz- und Druckumflutsystemen, in Hochdruck-Anlagen, im Tauch- und Ultraschallverfahren eingesetzt und
  • Eignet sich als Additiv zur Verstärkung der Leistung von Reinigungsprozessen bei Partikelschmutz und Metalloxiden.
Der Aktivator TE ist eine ergänzende Komponente zum Booster TE und  dient der Einstellung des pH-Werts, wenn es im Lauf des Prozesses
  • zu einer Anreicherung von Verunreinigungen im Reinigungsbad und zum
  • Anstieg des pH-Werts kommt.
Zur Vermeidung von Korrosion auf der durch die Entrostung aktivierten Oberfläche, empfehlen wir die Verwendung leistungsstarker temporärer Korrosionsschutzmittel im Spülbad:

Korrosionsschutz MU-HE: leistungsfähiger Schutz für korrosionsempfindlichen Stahl und Grauguss.

Korrosionsschutz AF 03: sehr guter Korrosionsschutz auf Stahl und besonders schaumarm bei hohen Spritzdrücken.
