WIKA hat seinen Online-Service ausgebaut: Kunden können die Standardartikel eines Produkts nun direkt und komfortabel über die Webseite www.wika.de anfragen.

Das neue Modul verkürzt und vereinfacht den Angebotsprozess. Auf den entsprechenden Produktseiten werden Standardartikel in einer separaten Rubrik mit den jeweiligen Artikelnummern angezeigt. Per Mouseover können die Kunden ihre Auswahl auf einem „Merkzettel“ hinterlegen oder Detailinformationen dazu aufrufen. Im Merkzettel ist ein Anfrageformular integriert, das den Kundenwunsch direkt an den zuständigen Vertriebsmitarbeiter weiterleitet. Die Kunden erhalten eine Kopie ihrer Anfrage nebst Hinweis auf ihren Ansprechpartner per E-Mail.
