Hygienic-Plattenfedermanometer auch mit ATEX-Ausführung

WIKA hat die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten seiner hygienegerechten Plattenfedermanometer der Reihe PG43SA erweitert: Typ PG43SA-S ist nun auch in einer Ausführung mit ATEX-Zulassung lieferbar. Das Manometer kann somit in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen der Zündschutzart Ex h Zone 1 (Gas) und Zone 21 (Staub) eingesetzt werden.

Für sicherheitskritische Prozesse in der Pharma- und Lebensmittelindustrie kommen Typ PG43SA-S und die anderen Geräte der Reihe auch aufgrund ihrer „trockenen Messzelle“ (kein Kontaminationsrisiko durch Übertragungsflüssigkeit), der überaus robusten Feder und des hohen Überlastschutzes in Frage. Typ PG43SA-D verfügt zudem als einziges Gerät seiner Art über eine integrierte Federüberwachung. Diese Funktion ist patentiert: Ein Membranbruch wird von einem Indikator auf dem Zifferblatt angezeigt. In einem solchen Schadensfall hält eine zweite Barriere den Prozess geschlossen.   

Alle Hygienic-Manometer der PG43SA-Reihe erfüllen den 3-A Sanitary Standard und sind nach EHEDG zertifiziert. Sie sind CIP- und SIP-tauglich sowie optional komplett autoklavierbar.
