Berufsbetreuerinnen und -betreuer werden dringend gesucht. Sie haben eine wichtige gesellschaftliche Funktion und sorgen für die soziale Sicherheit und Versorgung der Betreuten. Damit die Qualität der Betreuung sichergestellt ist, wird seit der Betreuungsrechtsreform 2023 für die Registrierung als Berufsbetreuer ein qualifizierter Sachkundenachweis gefordert.

Dieser ist Teil des Fernstudiums Bachelor Rechtliche Betreuung oder kann seperat als Weiterbildung mit anerkanntem Hochschulzertifikat nach §5 Abs.3 BtRegV belegt werden. „Der berufsbegleitende Fernstudiengang leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag, um die geforderten Qualitätsstandards in der rechtlichen Betreuung zu erfüllen und bietet mit der integrierten Hochschulweiterbildung einen hervorragenden Weg zum Sachkundeerwerb,“ sagt Frau Prof. Dr. jur.
