Mit Openpack hat wirDesign eine komplett neue Marke und Plattform für die Packaging Industrie entwickelt – nutzerzentriert, reduziert und effizient. Openpack ist ein digitales Ökosystem für alle Teilnehmer der Verpackungsindustrie und die maximal vereinfachte One-Stop-Source für alle Belange rund um den effizienten Betrieb einer Box Plant.

Das Branding von wirDesign für Openpack umfasst das komplette »Paket«: Vom Naming, über die strategische Positionierung, das Kommunikationskonzept, Corporate Design bis hin zur UI- und Icon-Library.

Die neue Marke folgt dem Prinzip der radikalen Einfachheit. Das Design von Openpack zitiert visuelle Codes, die man bereits aus B2C-Anwendungen kennt, ähnlich der absolut reduzierten Suchmaske von Google und folgt der Idee der »Pattern Recognition«.

Warum Pattern Recognition? In einer IoT-Plattform oder Produktionsanlage lesen Chips an Maschinen eine große Menge an Daten aus. Innerhalb dieser Datensammlung müssen dann die relevanten Daten herausgefiltert werden. Übertragen auf die Ansicht eines Shop Floors will man in diesen sich verändernden Datensätzen Muster und relevante Sprünge innerhalb der Daten erkennen, um Potenziale abzuschöpfen und Produktionsschritte noch besser zu verknüpfen.
