Würth Elektronik eiSos begrüßt bei Infoabend neue Azubis

15 neue Azubis und Studenten wurden am 16. Juni 2015 im Rahmen eines Infoabends am Standort Waldenburg der Würth Elektronik eiSos Gruppe begrüßt. Personalleiter Arnt Stumpf und 31 der 40 Ausbilder ließen sich dabei von dreizehn der aktuellen Auszubildenden bei der Aufgabe unterstützen, den Neulingen und ihren Eltern das Unternehmen vorzustellen. Kurz wurden Geschäftsmodell und Ausbildungskonzept erklärt. Dann zeigten die Auszubildenden des Jahres 2014 ihre Sicht auf Unternehmen und Ausbildung in einer eigenen Präsentation. Bei der anschließenden Betriebsbesichtigung führten Azubis die 42 Gäste in drei Gruppen durch alle Bereiche des Standorts und gewährten einen ganz eigenen Einblick. Die neuen Auszubildenden und deren Eltern zeigten sich begeistert, das Unternehmen aus Sicht und unter Führung der älteren Auszubildenden präsentiert zu bekommen.
