Herkömmliche Induktivitäten verlieren ihre induktive Charakteristik im hohen Frequenzbereich. Für HF-Filter, VCOs, Phasenschieber und Verzögerungsschaltungen kommen deshalb spezielle Hochfrequenz-Induktivitäten zum Einsatz. Um eine hohe Effizient der Schaltung zu erreichen, ist es wichtig, die richtige Induktivität auszuwählen. Dafür hat Würth Elektronik die HF-Induktivitäten in seine Simulations-Software "Component Selector" integriert.

Mit Hilfe dieser kostenlosen Software kann jeder Entwickler einfach und schnell die passende HF-Induktivität auswählen, sowie Induktivität und Güte bei jeder beliebigen Frequenz suchen, sortieren und filtern. In übersichtlichen Diagrammen werden die frequenzabhängigen Eigenschaften der Bauteile vergleichend dargestellt. Bequem lassen sich Datenblätter, sowie S-Parameter herunterladen. Musterbestellungen und Support sind ebenfalls für dieses Tool möglich.
